Marble Care Guidelines
Never use acidic products on your natural stone. Neutral ph cleaners are the preferred choice. Never use any abrasive cleaners.
When mopping be sure to use as little water and cleaner as possible and change your water often. Over saturation will cause your grout to get dirty quicker because the water just sits in the grout joints until it dries, unless it is toweled up right away. Too much cleaner may leave your floor with a residue or a sticky feel.
The best way to keep debris off your floor is to use a 24" dust mop.
DO NOT use a vacuum on your floors. The spinnig bristles and wheels will scratch your floor. You can use vacuum attachments as long as the only part touching the floor is the soft bristles (perferably horse hair).
If you are uncertain about a cleaner or cleaning process please call.

Grout and Caulking
If grout or caulking are ever missing especially where water is frequented (showers and sinks) it should be repaired before water gets in behind the tiles or slabs. Remember problems on the surface are small problems whereas problems coming from under or behind are big problems which can rarely be reversed. Examples-spalling, stains or exspansion.
Even if you don't have time to have it done profesionaly fill in the voids the best you can and we can replace it later.
